Challenge
Şanlı Pen’s legacy desktop application ran on a single computer, while quotation, job, dispatch and balance rules could produce different results across screens. Phone and tablet access was not available.

Solution
We built a web-based internal operations system that manages customers, quotations, jobs, products, process steps, photos, dispatch notes, collections and user permissions through one set of business rules on phone, tablet and desktop.

Result
We migrated 226 customers, 333 quotations and 157 jobs. The operation from quotation to dispatch now runs on one traceable, central source of data.
