Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we process your personal data as the data controller within the framework described below.
Data Controller

Personal Data Processed and How It Is Collected
When you reach us via the contact form, email, WhatsApp or phone, we collect identity data (name), contact data (email address, phone number), request data (company name, the service you are interested in, your message, the page you sent the form from) and transaction security data (time of submission; your IP address, briefly, to prevent abuse) electronically and partly by automated means. Data collected through cookies is described separately in our Cookie Policy.
Purposes and Legal Grounds
We process your personal data to assess and respond to your request, prepare quotes, enter into and perform a service agreement, keep the contact form secure and meet legal obligations. The legal grounds are KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary to enter into or perform a contract), Art. 5/2-f (our legitimate interest in responding to your request and securing our systems) and Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation). Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).
Transfers
Information you submit through the contact form is recorded in the admin panel on our own server hosted in Türkiye and delivered to us through our own email server, also hosted in Türkiye; it is not transferred abroad. Your data is not shared with third parties except where authorised public authorities require it by law. If you accept analytics cookies, site usage data may be processed by Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation on servers abroad; analytics are not loaded without your consent, as explained in our Cookie Policy.
Retention
Requests sent through the contact form are kept in our admin panel for 12 months and deleted automatically at the end of that period. Requests you send by email, WhatsApp or phone, and the form notification emails, are kept for up to 2 years after the request is closed. If a request becomes a service agreement, the related data is kept for the periods required by applicable law. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights under Article 11
Under Article 11 of the Law you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to Apply
You can submit requests regarding your rights in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller: in writing with a wet signature to Yeşilırmak Mah. GOP Bulvarı No: 70 Kat: 4 Daire: 12, Tokat Merkez, or from an email address you previously shared with us and that is in our records, to info@kaybersoftware.com. Please include your name, contact details and the subject of your request. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
